List ROADMAP chromatin states — GOSHIFTER_list_chromatin_states • echoannot

Read the chromatin state key from the ROADMAP HMM reference file.

GOSHIFTER_list_chromatin_states(annotations_path = NULL)

Arguments

annotations_path: Directory containing the ROADMAP/ subdirectory with the chromatin state file. Defaults to the bundled extdata in echoannot.

Value

A data.table mapping chromatin state codes to descriptions.
